This website is operated by Y2A LLC ("Y2A", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by the written agreement we sign with each client, not by these website terms.
- Information only. The content on this site describes our company and services. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change without notice.
- Acceptable use. Do not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or try to access it in ways we do not intend.
- Our content. The text, design and marks on this site belong to Y2A. Do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Y2A is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
SMS terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by Y2A LLC from Y2A's own phone numbers.
- What you will receive. Messages about your inquiry, calls we schedule with you and, if you are a client, notices about your account and our work for you.
- How you opt in. By texting us first, or by agreeing in writing when you become a client. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Other common words such as END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE also work. We will send one final message confirming you have opted out.
- Help. Reply HELP for help. You can also write to us at the address below.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We handle your phone number and consent as described in our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages we send for our clients. When we operate texting for a client business, those messages are sent in the client's name, from the client's own registered phone number, and under the client's own terms and consent records. Reply STOP to that number to opt out of that business's messages.
